Return Policy
Damages: Your order has been carefully packed and inspected. Upon receipt of delivery, immediately inspect all items and report any discrepancies or damage to delivery carrier/agent. If upon further inspection you notice any concealed damage or loss, please notify us immediately. Due to carrier constraints, we are unable to honor claim of concealed damage made more than five days from delivery date.
If a package is received damaged, please sign for it, notify the delivery carrier/agent of the damage, and call our customer service department or your project manager within 24 hours of receipt at 212-624-9232. In most cases the damage is minimal and the product can be replaced or credit issued at your discretion. Returns: Should you wish to make a return, please call our customer service department at 212-624-9232 to request an RGA#. This RGA# should be clearly referenced on the outside of each packaged returned. Items returned without an RGA will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
We are unable to issue credit in the following circumstances:
- Not purchased from Kwhlighting.com
- More than one year has elapsed since purchase.
- Partial cases.
- Not in original packaging.
- Custom orders.
- Non-resalable condition.
